I’ve been trying to find people to help repair my old home and was constantly met with either, empty promises, no call backs, or just money gauging. From the initial call to set up a consultation on my leak, they’ve been informative, timely, and overall great people. They talk to me like we are people who own a home and very personable. I had the consultation, project list pricing which was completely reasonable, and a leak fix all within 3 days. Each team member I met with explained everything that needs to be done, why, and what next steps would be. They even make sure I know who is coming to my home with pictures! A huge safety precaution with today’s climate and that is amazing. I plan to use them for all my projects and would recommend to see for yourself how great their service is.

I had an Reverse Osmosis system installed by Embrich. Plumber Ched came first to give me an estimate and thoroughly documented the procedure with notes and photos for the project. Great attention to detail! Plumber Jered and his Apprentice Hunter did the installation and did an excellent job. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I was especially impressed that Jered had read up the night before on the R/O system I had purchased for installation. I like Embrich because you never have to worry that the job won't be done right. Recommended!

We 100% recommend this company. We were getting ready to get a new washer in our house and were planning on flushing out our water heater before we got it. During the process, we ended up finding 5 leaks, one of them not stopping unless we shut off water to the whole house. Embrich listed it as an emergency and made it so they had someone come out that day. They were the only company that would come out to us the same day. Drew came in and was extremely helpful! He tested our water and explained to us what the overall issue was. He gave us multiple options to fixing it, starting with a bandaid and moving to the overall solution to preventing it from happening again. He was never pushy on any of it and was able to explain it all to us. We had a super tight space for him, Malcom and Ben to work in. They worked so hard the whole day to get everything fixed, really put thought into how we could get exactly what we wanted, and did so well at making sure we understood how everything worked. We were very happy with our service and will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

Called over the weekend and was put on the schedule fast. Dustin and Chandler were excellent in explaining what they were doing and how to prevent in the future. Awesome guys. Had a clogged kitchen sink and they came out and fixed right away/ Very Affordable pricing would definitely use them again for future projects.

I recently had a sewer line break and several drain issues in my house. Embrich came out, identified the issues, and were able to start work the next day. Every single person who came to my house (and there were at least seven over 4 days) was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. All of them ensured our house was clean and free of debris, even after breaking up concrete in our basement. Their communication is absolutely incredible! From messages that your plumber is on their way to your house, to the fact that everyone on their crew knew what was happening and where everyone was on their progress. It was incredible to be able to walk back in the house and have any member of the team see me, stop, and give me a status update, even when it wasn’t their portion of the project. I will definitely use them again for work in the future… preferably no sewer system for a long time.

Full system replacement from an 18 yr ild “builder” grade…. Price for a bump up in brand and performance was VERY reasonable and the financing options and process was super simple and favorable. The crew showed up today was professional, quick, worked hard but quiet and clean. Would highly recommend this team for your HVAC needs.

Had a wonderful experience, Had issue over weekend called on Sunday spoke to an employee got on the schedule for the next day whenever they had availability. Tech was at house by 9 am , Bryan C was our technician he was very friendly and solved our issue, he was very thorough and make sure we didn’t have any questions before he left. Service was also well priced.

Excellent fast service! Conner from Emerich is excellent! He has worked on both my a/c and furnace. He’s excellent at sharing the info he fount and how he can repair it. If I had any criticism, I feel they are a little too high priced for me, a 70 yr old widow on a very fixed income.

I had Dalton and Zach here for a few days. They redid all the plumbing on three floors and replaced some bathroom fixtures. They work nonstop and I was impressed with their work. They were very professional and personable.

Drew, Chandler, and Brayden were alll fantastic. Drew got stuck at an emergency plumbing situation today so Chandler and Brayden came instead. They worked well together as a team & even mopped the floor for us when they were done. I did not ask Chandler to do that & he hopped right to it. Drew also made sure to get us the best deal on our repair and made sure that it would be done as affordably as possible. Brayden was extra careful to keep my cats inside and updated me on everything as they worked. I actually took a nap cuz they were so chill & professional. In my opinion, these 3 guys deserve a raise for expert work & customer service. I have worked with a LOT of contractors over the years because of my job & none have been this helpful.

I needed a toilet reset ASAP and Embrich Plumbing was able to accommodate me with same-day service. Dustin called to let me know he was on his way, and even offered to bring me coffee!! He arrived promptly and assessed the situation, offering a couple of different solutions to my problem. H helped me pick the most efficient and went to work. The work was done in a professional manner and the bathroom may have been cleaner when he left than when he arrived. The guys at embrich do a great job in all service departments. I always say people are fast to leave bad reviews on places but never fast to write good ones. Their 4.9 star review with 1200+ reviews speak for itself. I myself as someone who takes pride in skilled labor appreciates the quality of work the installers have done and they made sure every seal was sealed and all of the products were tuned properly (AC and heater) and all precautions were done properly and they cleaned up their area and made it look better than it was when they arrived. Embrich plumbing called me with a free HVAC inspection for their 25th anniversary. Hannah was very friendly and polite as I told her my heat pump had just completely failed a few minutes before her call. She set me up with a service call THE VERY NEXT DAY! The next day I got a call from another very friendly and polite employee to confirm that Connor would be at my house in just a few hours. Connor was one of the best technicians I’ve ever worked with. Very knowledgeable, very efficient, great diagnostic skills, very patient with in explaining the problems and my options. He found the issue, blown circuit board, got the part and had the heat back on before the end of the day. His advice was very much appreciated and we look forward to meeting Rich for a free quote on an updated system. Embrich has excellent customer service and the nicest employees you could hope to work with! Rich came and helped us through the process of replacing our furnace and AC unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Took a lot of stress off of us!

They did a fantastic job on our sewer problem! We had problems since day one! Stack was broke, toilet not vented and pipe backed up, breaks in the line, it’s been a hassle! They found the Source of the problem and handled it. (Everyone else wanted to do exploratory surgery on the foundation slab, the problem was in the back yard, be careful who you hire!) After 2 years we FINALLY have functional flow and great water pressure, with no back ups! Thank You Guys! K & J! Highly Recommend!

This company is very exceptional. They responded to an emergency call on a Friday evening, 2/14/25. The young man that came out knew his stuff. Too much to fix that night. 2/18/25 a representative from the company came out and evaluated the situation and gave a bid on repairs and replacements. We set up for the company to come following Monday, 2/24/25 to do repairs and replacements. It was a 2 day job and each day the young men who came to the house were respectful, hard workers, and new what they were doing. They removed old parts. We did nothing. Couldn't ask for better service. The ladies from the office were very pleasant when they called and were very happy to answer my questions. Great company.

We just had our tub and shower remodeled, and the crew did an outstanding job. They were professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. The workmanship is top-notch, and they kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. Communication was clear from start to finish, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Very satisfied!! Impressed with the integrity of this company. We've called on them twice...first to relocate the plumbing for our laundry room and to install a tankless water heater. Then we needed them again when the sewer clogged...it was a holiday night 5pm, we only have one bathroom. They were here in 20min...worked till 9pm and got it fixed. Amazing!!!

The staff were polite and professional from the initial scheduling all the way through the work. They explained what they would do and then did it. They did an excellent job cleaning up. They were consistent in wearing foot covers and being neat. We have a lot of child gates for all our kids and they were very consistent in always making sure they were closed again after passing through. The took out the old water heater without causing damage and the new work looks great. The new water heater is working as promised. We have used multiple local plumbers and have been quite disappointed with all of them. Embrich plumbing has been by far the best. Wish we had found them first. Also loved their no interest financing arrangement.
