Bryan and Ashton were professional and friendly. Bryan explained the changes in the outdoor faucet and how to prep for winter and when spring comes. I highly recommend Embrich Plumbing Company.
Technicians arrived when they said they would. The removal and installation of a new water heater went pretty much as planned. Problems with the new gas igniter were dealt with and fixed. Technicians kept me advised throughout the process. I would definitely call them again for plumbing problems that I might have.
Phenomenal service. Joe arrived promptly, determined the problem with no issues and had me fixed and coming again within a bet short time. Price was very reasonable as well.
I had Embrich replace my entire HVAC system and fix some venting from my water heater and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was honest, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. They took the time to answer all of my questions, worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget and never made me feel pressured. The installation looks fantastic, they cleaned up after themselves, showed and explained the new system to me and did thorough checks on everything. I highly recommend Embrich to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing work!
This was my first experience calling Embrich Plumbing, and it was a good one. James and Braydan came out to repair a toilet issue and replace a drain line. They were both personable and friendly. They made the toilet repair and replaced the drain line in less than 2 hours. They left no mess, and everything was cleaned up and put back the way they found it. They were very efficient. I would highly recommend Embrich Plumbing.
