Our kitchen sink backed up on Wednesday night. I sent a message Wednesday night and they actually responded to me after hours. They indicated they would try to work me in the next day (Thursday) and if that didn't work they would be at my house Friday. They weren't able to get to me Thursday but early Friday morning I received a text that they were on their way and then I received a call from one of the techs letting me know they were on their way.
Dom and James were the techs that came out Friday. Two very known techs who took the time to explain things to me and made suggestions. I highly commend Dom and James and Embrich for hiring employees like these two men. I appreciated that they explained everything to me so that I understood what was going on and by giving me options of what could also be done to fix the issue.
I also appreciate the communication from Embrich. Starting from the after hours communications with me, to trying to fit me in the next day to the text messages and call from their techs.
I highly recommend Embrich for your plumbing needs.

We absolutely recommend this place for any plumbing needs! Antjuan, Cliff, Cody and Jake were amazing! Very professional and affordable from start to finish.
From the time I placed the call to having a working A/C was under an hour and a half. Connor and Ben were awesome and walked me through everything they did and ensured it was working before leaving. Me and my family are very thankful to them. While others told us it might be a week to get a tech out they ensured we where squared away in hours.
Chandler John and Ashton Duff came out for a sewage clean out when they discovered that my main sewer line was compromised.
Corey Scroggins and Daniel Schafers came out to remedy the situation. The county has guys ripping up my street so they had to be a little creative with getting the excavator on site. Which they did.
After excavating it was found that the pipe had been compromised by a foundation recovery system. They were able to cut away the foundation recovery system to install a new sewer line.
This was all done in a very timely and professional manner. There were unforseen circumstances that were handled in a timely fashion.
I highly recommend their services and will be using them again when I remodel my bathrooms.

I had Embrich install a salt water filtration system, and I also signed up for their membership. They’ve already came out and checked my heating/air and plumbing. All of the service members were knowledgeable and gave me tips and tricks to help things run smoothly.
I had a hot water heater going out and called Embrich. They were very professional and showed me options. I decided to have a few other items fixed as well.
The work was done on the day and time scheduled. Installation went well, it's compliant with all codes. I would highly recommend.
