My experience with Embrich Plumbing was great! Shayne and Jered performed the installation of our tankless water heater and did an awsome job. They answered any questions we had and were polite and professional. Had an issue with our gas line that supplies natural gas to the tankless unit. Chandler and Isaac joined the team to resolve this problem. The issue was found and repaired , they stayed until 1a.m. Saturday morning to make sure we had hot water.I can't say enough about Shayne, Jered,Chandler and Isaac! They were great! I will use Embrich Plumbing again and will recommend them to others. Thanks to everyone at Embrichs.
I recently moved to Collinsville and I prefer to use local services. On my drive into work I saw the Embrich plumbing business. A few days later I noticed an Embrich plumbing truck at one of the other businesses in my office park and gave them a call.I have used Embrich several times and once again I was not disappointed! My water heater started leaking the night before and I called the service to get someone to come out.This morning at 0730 I was notified that they could have someone out there soon.It got fixed today! Thanks to Embrich plumbing, James and Zach!
The guys were prompt and did a great job. My tankless water heater is humming along again.

James sent me a text with a picture of him before he came. When he got there, a short time later, he was polite, assessed what was wrong, and had the faucet changed in no time. I liked that he gave me the estimate, as soon as he turned off the water. And that he let me know what he was doing. And showed me where to shut off the water. I liked that he was still there when I came back with the payment, so I didn't have to go to the office.
Worth every penny! Did some Major work at my place. Broken stack, new washer box and updated 70 yr. Old plumbing with issues. They did an amazing job! Quick, professional, these guys are good, real good! A VERY reasonable price considering all the work they had to do. Will definitely use these guys again and again. Excellent service. These guys were the 3rd plumbers we called, and im so very glad we called! We made the right decision going with Embrich. Worth every penny!
I just had Jeff from Embrich visit my home regarding possible leaks around 2 toilets. He was timely, professional, explained everything very well and gave good information for me going forward. We have contacted Embrich on 4-5 different occasions now, including a major issue back in 2019, and we have always been very satisfied with their work
My hot water heater started leaking so I called Embrich. They were able to send out two plumbers that day. They were both very courteous and explained my options. Then they were able to replace the hot water tank at that time. Another employee delivered the new water heater while the two plumbers removed the old one. Great service!
After working with American Water Services and their contracted company for over 5 days with no results. We contacted Embrich, and the two ladies in the office, Sheila, and Bonnie, were very understanding and scheduled someone to come to our residence to evaluate the issue.Isaac arrived later that day and was very knowledgeable and understanding of our urgent issue and scheduled work for the next morning. Isaac even called that morning stating that he was gassing up equipment and asked if we needed anything like coffee or juice from the gas station. Never have I had a contractor be that personal.Isaac and Josh arrived and were very professional in making sure that our steps and basement floors were protected. Something the other company could care less about.We were very impressed on the skill level of Isaac’s driving of the bobcat to tunnel the dirt to replace the new sewer line. Both Isaac and Josh worked tirelessly to complete the job at hand.James came later to assist Isaac and Josh to complete the work and help in completing the job the same day.All three show the professionalism of this company and we would highly recommend Embrich for anyone needing any plumbing or sewer service of any kind.
All around 5 star company. They are professional, transparent and have great customer service. James was quick to diagnose 2 separate toilets with 2 separate problems & provided detailed options and estimates for both. All options were reasonably priced. He did not rush my decision or try talk me into anything. He was very patient and took the time to explain the problems and answer my 300 questions. Absolutely stand up guy who is passionate, confident and a pleasure to work with.
I can't say enough good things about this company and employees. My daughter's shower needed huge repairs (fixing someone else's oops). They came in and looked at this and realized how immediate her need was, one bathroom with 4 kids. Gave fair price and did job asap. Their employee, Darrin, was wonderful!!! Professional and knowledgeable.I will use this company anytime I need something else done and recommend them for anyone with plumbing/water repairs.
Professional service, they are super friendly and don’t try to pressure fixes you don’t need. Very trustworthy and reasonably priced. The guys were also really good with our cat, which we appreciate when we have someone coming into our house. Thank you!
Derek was awesome! We had an emergency with our gas line, and he came out promptly... he was very nice and informative. I am very happy with our service!
I called Embrich Plumbing after Roto Rooter gave me the run around for two days. They were quick and responsive and had someone at my house within 30 minutes of talking to them and had a new grinder pump installed same day. The two guys that came out had been working since 4am (it was already afternoon) and they completed the job with no complaint and were very professional and polite. I will 100% use Embrich again in the future.
First time used - definitely use again and refer to friends. Professional, considerate, reliable. Arrived when they said they would AND received a text when they were on their way and when they arrived. Darrin explained what was and could be wrong, provided a quote and immediately went to work. Very much appreciated.
