What is a Commercial Sump Pump?
A sump pump is a device designed to prevent an area from flooding by constantly removing water from it before it can rise. First, a pit is dug at the lowest point of the area. This is called the “sump.” Next, the pump is installed either in or right above the sump. A pipe is laid from the sump pump out of the building, providing an exit route for the water. Then, the pump is hooked up the electrical system and it’s ready to go. Commercial sump pumps are widely employed in buildings across the country that experience frequent rainfall.
Why You Might Need a Commercial Sump Pump
The areas that are most vulnerable to flooding are places like basements and crawlspaces. Any room or space that is largely below–ground is liable to flood during even moderate rainfall if there is inadequate drainage or other issues. A sump pump is essentially a contingency plan to ensure that part of your building doesn’t flood unexpectedly. It may seem unnecessary or trivial, but you’ll certainly appreciate it when it saves you from spending thousands of dollars on repairing water damage to the area. Most of the time, fixing the architectural vulnerabilities that lead to flooding in these areas would be quite expensive. A sump pump is a faster, cheaper, and more convenient way to ensure that your building is protected.

Dom and James were the techs that came out Friday. Two very known techs who took the time to explain things to me and made suggestions. I highly commend Dom and James and Embrich for hiring employees like these two men. I appreciated that they explained everything to me so that I understood what was going on and by giving me options of what could also be done to fix the issue.
I also appreciate the communication from Embrich. Starting from the after hours communications with me, to trying to fit me in the next day to the text messages and call from their techs.
I highly recommend Embrich for your plumbing needs.
I was going to add another review of Embrich but I guess a user can only place one review or edit a previous review.
Embrich came back out to my house today to complete the service I had booked on Friday. James and Ben showed up today to jet out (I think this is what it is called) my kitchen pipes. Once again, Embrich did a fantastic job and they were able to clean out the pipes for us. James and Ben did an awesome job. They were very professional and explained to me the whole process and all the steps they took. I appreciate what they did and that they took the time to explain to me what was happening.
Again, I highly recommend Embrich for all of your plumbing needs. They will definitely be who I call again.

Corey Scroggins and Daniel Schafers came out to remedy the situation. The county has guys ripping up my street so they had to be a little creative with getting the excavator on site. Which they did.
After excavating it was found that the pipe had been compromised by a foundation recovery system. They were able to cut away the foundation recovery system to install a new sewer line.
This was all done in a very timely and professional manner. There were unforseen circumstances that were handled in a timely fashion.
I highly recommend their services and will be using them again when I remodel my bathrooms.
