Call them out for a leak in my ceiling. Quickly found and resolved. Was a bad toilet seal. Had them replace 2 tub/shower valves. Outstanding professionalism from all 3 employees. Kind courteous, answered all my questions. Outstanding work.

They did an upgraded inspection showing us where the shut off valve for our main water supply is located and explaining everything in detail about the leak as well as other potentially leak causing areas they saw. We had an evening/weekend emergency - a clogged toilet that was backing up into two different showers. Yikes. We called Embrich and they sent Ashton Duff out within the hour. I can't say enough good things about this guy. He is a good listener, is logical and very good at problem solving, and explains clearly what he is doing and why. That gave us a lot of confidence in his approach to the problem. He eliminated one possible area of blockage (outside sewer lines), then on to the next (the toilet stack). He had all the right equipment, and was very professional and logical in his approach. He ended up finding the blockage, and fixed it, checked with the camera scope to make sure everything was flowing correctly, then put the bathroom back together, rechecked everything again, and cleaned up afterwards. All this for an extremely reasonable price, especially at such a late hour, and he was personable the whole time. Thanks Ashton Duff and Embrich - this was a 5-star job!!!!

They were quick and professional in their work. 10/10 will call for future plumbing needs as they are one of the few family owned businesses left in the area.
