Had a collapse in my sewer close to sidewalk. Provided the proper equipment to excavate without a bucket and ensure no further damage to sewer line. Fixed the issue and backfilled. Added accessibility to sewer line in yard to eliminate pulling toilet for camera services in the future, ensuring easier access in future. Everything went smooth and painless. I recommend these guys anyday! They were done same day and in a timely manner.

Been a while since needing a plumber. Called late afternoon Thanksgiving Day and was able to make appointment for next day, today. Spent more than I anticipated, however Jared was professional, answered my questions and explained all the happenings. Plus he seemed to have personality to go along with the customer service aspect of the job. Will use them again for future plumbing upgrades.

After an issue with a partially clogged outdoor drain, I called Embrich and spoke with Rhonda, who was very friendly and accomodating. She was able to send someone out the same day, and they were very prompt (early, even). Darien was excellent -- super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained what had to be done in order to not damage our pipe, and even though we decided to hold off on the work, he was very understanding. We will definitely call Embrich the next time a plumbing need arises.

Usually my husband or family member has done my plumbing. My husband is no longer physically able to do the work and I didn't want to bother family since I needed a sluggish drain serviced before hosting. I tried another company who was unable to come same day and indicated I would be charged 2 hours of labor in addition to a service fee. I knew the repair wouldn't take long, so didn't think this was reasonable. Fortunately I found Embrich! They were able to come out same day, and their service technician, Darien, was friendly, personable and got the job done in 30 minutes! I was very pleased my sink is now clog free. I have found myself a new company to work with in the future and happy to recommend to others!

Man it’s a pleasure to leave a glowing review for a change! So often nowadays, it is not the case. Embrich Plumbing sent out William and Ben, and these guys aside from being consummate professionals, muscled out the old 40 gallons water heater, and went in with a new 40 gallon gas water heater, I believe it was under an hour. Don’t hesitate to call Embrich Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

Drew from Embrich Pluming provided fast and professional service to detect a leak from old water softener and removed it. Drew installed a Halo water softener directly to the in coming water main water line to house and flushed out water heater. Drew also provided tips to clean water faucets from calcium. I'm glad we have such a good company in Maryville Il. I called upon Embrich Pluming once again for a leak in the hallway bathroom sink that was leaking to the bottom of vanity. Drew came out and replaced the old faucet. He is an great asset to the company by his experience as a plumber.

Ched, the advisor, not only addressed the primary issue but also accommodated a couple additional minor repairs I requested, exceeding my expectations for what I initially anticipated would be a line repair. He efficiently scheduled the work within two days. Dalton and Nick subsequently arrived, first completing two repairs in my laundry room before proceeding with the outdoor work. Dalton then provided a comprehensive explanation of the repair options, contrasting a localized repair with a complete line replacement. Following a thorough discussion and several phone calls for both them and myself, we opted for a full line replacement due to the existing galvanized piping. Their team demonstrated a genuine commitment to my best interests, even managing to complete the remaining work the following day, which involved arranging for a specialized boring service beneath my slab foundation. Having a toilet backup leak water into your basement is one of the worst middle of the night problems to face. Embrich was truthful with their 24 hours service and able to dispatch a tech for emergency repairs. Although he wasn’t able to to fully repair it then (we need a new toilet installed), he wasn’t able to able to stop the leak, reinstall the toilet that previously rocked and set us up with a follow up appointment where we will finally fix our scary problem!

Highly recommend! We needed a new spigot on the exterior of our home and Embrich had someone out within a couple of days. Dustin our tech went through a few options, gave me a quote, and got it done! He installed the new copper and actually did it much better than the home builder. He secured the pipe to our joists so the pipe wouldn’t pull out of the outside of the home, which it was doing prior. Definitely will call for any further needs!

Just had the plumber come over and they were super nice and informative. I have other plumbing issues that need to be fix but the main one they did was the main shut off valve replacement. Very reasonable price and the job they did was amazing! Will be going back for my other plumbing issues.

Darren from Embrich Plumbing came to my house to remove blockage from my home sewer pipe that connects into the Village’s main sewer trunk. Darren assured me he would leave with the problem solved. He quickly identified the problem, had a solution and within 1 hour had the blockage removed and waste water flowing into the main sewer line from my house. Darren was very professional in his approach and knowledgeable in his job. My wife and I are ecstatic that the problem was identified and solved. We are more ecstatic with Darren and his understanding and confidence to complete the job.
