Had a great experience with Embrich plumbing. I called after hours on a Sunday afternoon thinking there was no way anyone would be able to fix my issue. They were able to send a plumber within an hour and half. Austin Link did a great job and was super friendly. He was able to fix my problem and answer all my questions.

Chandler and Dom did a GREAT job and fixed the pool pump leak and piping problem expertly and efficiently. My 87 year old mother was having problems with a toilet not flushing completely. I contacted Courtney at Embrich and she was very helpful and assured us she could get a plumber out that day. I received a text at 12:30 that Tyler was on his way. He arrived a bit after 1pm and determined the 30+ year old toilet needed replacement. He was able to get a new one brought to her home, removed the old one and completed the installation by 2:30pm. Tyler was very personable and hard working, and left the bathroom just as clean as he found it. This was our first experience with this company and we were so pleased. Many thanks to Embrich, we will definitely use them again should we need plumbing service.

We had Mark Giglotto and Austin Link out to repair an old rusted drainage pipe. It was quite a job, digging to remove the old pipe, cutting through our foundation to fit a new pipe, and laying gravel to fill the hole. Mark was very courteous and explained what was being done and why. And he certainly knew what he was doing because he had a plan right away and got to it. And Austin was also very nice, and polite. And a hard worker too. Overall we felt confident the job would be done right and it was. We’ve had work done by Embrich before and we will continue to have them do any plumbing that might be needed. I give them maximum stars.

People, you can’t beat Embrich Plumbing. From top to bottom everyone is professional and nice as can be. We had a walk in shower put in and they fixed our indoor pipes and put in a new sewer line. Every visit we received a text and email stating who was coming and what their rating was. The scale only goes to 5 but I’d give them a 10 plus. Best plumbers in the STL area! We initially called because we could not find a plumbing company to install our dishwasher. They came out and understood exactly what needed to be done. They were able to quickly schedule us in and with about 24 hours we finally had a dishwasher. We were so thankful!! A couple of months later we had two toilets break and we knew who to call, Embrich. They were able to send someone out quickly. And once again, within about 24 hours our broken toilets were up and running. The office people are always kind, the service people are knowledgable kind and prompt, and the pricing is excellent. As long as I'm in this area, Embrich will always be my go-to for plumbers.

My experience with Embrich Plumbing was great! Shayne and Jered performed the installation of our tankless water heater and did an awsome job. They answered any questions we had and were polite and professional. Had an issue with our gas line that supplies natural gas to the tankless unit. Chandler and Isaac joined the team to resolve this problem. The issue was found and repaired , they stayed until 1a.m. Saturday morning to make sure we had hot water. I can't say enough about Shayne, Jered,Chandler and Isaac! They were great! I will use Embrich Plumbing again and will recommend them to others. Thanks to everyone at Embrichs.

James sent me a text with a picture of him before he came. When he got there, a short time later, he was polite, assessed what was wrong, and had the faucet changed in no time. I liked that he gave me the estimate, as soon as he turned off the water. And that he let me know what he was doing. And showed me where to shut off the water. I liked that he was still there when I came back with the payment, so I didn't have to go to the office.

I recently moved to Collinsville and I prefer to use local services. On my drive into work I saw the Embrich plumbing business. A few days later I noticed an Embrich plumbing truck at one of the other businesses in my office park and gave them a call. I have used Embrich several times and once again I was not disappointed! My water heater started leaking the night before and I called the service to get someone to come out. This morning at 0730 I was notified that they could have someone out there soon.
